Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
I will always assume that you are familiar with these rules when placing an order.You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

Workflow / Process

  • My commission status will usually be displayed on my Fur Affinity page. If unsure, feel free to DM me and ask if slots are open.

  • When ordering, please provide:

  • A clear description of your idea (NSFW references are welcome).

  • Character references (visual preferred).

  • This isn’t required though, artistic freedom commissions are allowed!

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • If I accept your request, I will add you to my queue. The wait time depends on how many clients are ahead of you.

  • Once I start your commission, I’ll contact you to confirm any updates to your idea.

  • Usual waiting time is 1–3 weeks after payment.

Work steps:

  1. Sketch → I send it to you. You may request changes.

  2. Revised sketch → After approval, payment is required in full for me to continue

  3. Lineart → You may request minor edits (major changes may require an extra fee).

  4. Coloring → I’ll send a preview, small corrections are allowed (major changes may require an extra fee).

  5. Shading & Rendering → I complete the final piece and send it to you in full resolution

You can ask at any time to see the current progress of the drawing while I’m working on it.

  • Ferals

  • Humans

  • Diapers

  • Vore

  • Underage characters

  • Snuff

  • Incest

I may have forgotten some things. If you’re unsure, just DM me and ask (I’ll never kinkshame).

Payment & Refund Information

  • Payment is due after you approve the sketch and before I start the lineart.

  • Payment is made in one installment via PayPal in EUR (€).

Refund policy:

  • You may cancel at any time. You will receive the artwork in its current state and a partial refund depending on progress.

  • If I cancel a commission (due to TOS violations, etc.), you will be refunded accordingly.

  • If I cancel a commission due to personal/life reasons, you will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds are given once the piece is finished.

Copyright / Usage Policy

  • I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including commissioned pieces.

  • You receive personal use rights only. This includes:

  • Sharing the artwork online (with proper credit).

  • Printing the artwork (for personal use only).

  • Using it as an icon, banner, or wallpaper.

  • You may not:

  • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (printing, selling, merchandise, etc.).

  • Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.

  • Heavily edit the artwork without my consent.

  • Modify or remove my signature.

  • I may post the artwork on my social media.

  • I do not accept private commissions.

Updates to TOS

  • I may update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • The version that applies is the one in effect at the moment you place your order.
